Italian Content Associate - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We’re hiring an Italian Content Associate to join our mission-driven team at Hallow. This remote Italian Content Associate position is an exciting opportunity to create and curate original prayer content for our Italian-speaking community. You will play a vital role in enhancing our Italian-language app, which has been downloaded over 25 million times worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Direct all Italian-language content operations, building a comprehensive content library.
• Create thousands of hours of original prayer content, coordinating with audio production, engineering, and translation teams.
• Research, translate, and write prayers, ensuring thoughtful representation of prayer traditions.
• Collaborate with Italian-speaking guest contributors to gather diverse prayer content.
• Manage the end-to-end content operations, including contract negotiations and quality assurance.
• Drive toward key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content production and community retention.
• Work closely with Growth and Product teams to refine the app and enhance user experience.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Italian and English, with a strong background in theology and writing.
• 2+ years of experience translating content from English into Italian.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with influencer marketing or partnerships within the Catholic Church is a plus.

• Experience in content leadership and growth strategies.
• Familiarity with meditation or prayer apps.
