IT Support Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team at INFUSE. This IT Support Specialist remote position will allow you to provide high-quality technical support to our users worldwide. You will be part of a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to enhancing user experience through exceptional IT support services.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality remote support to end users.
• Own the full ticket lifecycle from initiation to resolution.
• Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
• Support identity and access operations in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Provide remote assistance using industry-standard tools.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning efficiently.
• Maintain and improve internal documentation for better knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation in support processes.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting experience in Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Hands-on support experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID is essential.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with IT service management concepts.
• Experience with MDM solutions is a plus.
• Ability to build/improve workflows via scripting or automation preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with remote support tools.
