About the Role

We are seeking a People Tech Analyst II - Remote to join our dynamic team at Tabby. As a People Tech Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows and enhancing system efficiencies in our high-growth environment. You will collaborate with a remote engineering team across 20+ countries, making a significant impact on our operations.

What You'll Do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure clarity and precision.
• Translate requirements into structured technical specifications that guide development.
• Define system workflows and integration schemes to streamline processes.
• Optimize and document existing processes for improved efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on API interactions to ensure seamless integration.
• Administer and configure current People systems to meet business needs.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams to foster collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong process decomposition skills to break down complex systems into manageable components.
• Hands-on experience with business rules engines to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in process modeling using UML/BPMN for clear visualization.
• Experience with API protocols and system integrations to enhance functionality.
• Advanced level of English and strong communication skills to engage with diverse teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech industry or similar sectors.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies for project management.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools to support decision-making.
