What You'll Do

• Create eye-catching 2D banner and motion ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Stay updated with the latest trends on Instagram and TikTok to ensure our designs are relevant and engaging.
• Utilize AI tools to generate images and enhance your creative process.
• Participate in creative marketing team meetings to brainstorm and develop new ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer - Remote.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong skills in both static graphics and motion design.
• Basic knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Understanding of timing, spacing, and animation dynamics.
• Experience with AI image generators.
• Creativity and ability to generate new ideas.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.
• A portfolio showcasing your 2D banners and motion works is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in performance marketing design.
• Familiarity with video editing software.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
