Remote Customer Service Representative (Licensed Vet Tech)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative (Licensed Vet Tech) to join our team at Teleperformance. In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions, providing exceptional support while working remotely. You will connect with customers through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring that their inquiries are handled with care and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond.
• Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track call-related information for auditing purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues to improve service quality.
• Upsell products and services when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively in an engaging remote environment.
• Participate in paid training sessions to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Hold an active license for Vet Tech through VTNE.
