What You'll Do

• Achieve sales performance goals as specified in the sales plan.
• Identify market opportunities and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Complete comprehensive sales training and stay informed on competitors.
• Present our advanced medical technology products to customers effectively.
• Develop a territory business plan to meet revenue goals.
• Provide high levels of customer service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve corporate objectives.
• Attend industry conferences as needed to network and promote products.
• Manage assigned expense budget efficiently.
• Work with Marketing on new programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• High energy and results-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Collaborative skills to work effectively within a team.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the medical device industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications.
• A minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in medical device or related fields.
