IT Support Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our global IT team remotely. This IT Support Specialist remote position is essential for providing high-quality IT support across various time zones. What You'll Do

• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with MDM enrollment requirements.
• Oversee the provisioning and management of company devices, focusing on Mac and Windows systems.
• Provide technical support for tools like Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Slack, addressing system access requests and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with the InfoSec team to support compliance audits and ensure endpoint security.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes and workflows, tracking ticket volume and support trends.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration and familiarity with MDM solutions.
• Strong customer service skills with a patient and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of problem-solving with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a remote-first or globally distributed technology company.
• Familiarity with identity providers, SSO, and SaaS application provisioning.
