About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Specialist to join our team at Binance. This IT Support Specialist remote position offers a unique opportunity to work within a leading global blockchain ecosystem, supporting our internal operations and enhancing our technological infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for Service Requests related to hardware, software, applications, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using available tools and best practices.
  • Escalate and route incidents to appropriate teams when necessary while retaining ownership.
  • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain a strong security-first mindset in all support activities.
  • Assist in defining and improving IT operating procedures and documentation.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing platforms and documentation updates.
  • Monitor systems and services, identifying trends and potential problem areas.
  • Support IT Operations initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with macOS (OSX) and iOS devices.
  • Proven experience managing Google Workspace (Google Admin), Okta, and the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: DHCP, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, Access Points, IPSec VPN, and network monitoring & security principles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud services and security protocols.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages for automation.
