IT Site Manager - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Manager to join our team at ENTEK Manufacturing LLC. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while providing essential support to our Terre Haute, Indiana location. As an IT Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing computer systems and software in a 24/7 manufacturing environment, ensuring that both business and production operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Client Engineers, providing daily support and guidance.
• Manage the implementation of hardware, software, and networking systems in collaboration with other teams.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate helpdesk operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and manage IT systems, responding to alerts and ensuring operational readiness.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance IT operations.
• Manage IT budgets and procurement, optimizing resources and justifying costs.
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Identify and resolve problematic areas, implementing strategic solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as an IT manager or in a relevant role.
• Familiarity with enterprise software, including on-prem, hosted, cloud, and SaaS solutions.
• Experience working with international teams in a global IT environment.
