Internship in Talent & Career Management - Remote

About the Role

Join our team as an intern in Talent & Career Management and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment. This internship offers you the chance to support key HR processes and collaborate with stakeholders while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and prioritize incoming requests related to our Performance Management Process (PMDP) and respective tool.
• Provide responses to tool inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including Local HR, Staffing, and Consultants while tracking open topics and action items.
• Maintain and update PMDP-related FAQs, communication materials, and internal documentation.
• Support data and dashboard processes, including access management, data checks, and analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s student in economics, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
• Initial work or internship experience in an HR-related area is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Clear communication skills and comfort in interacting with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German and other languages is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and reliably with strong attention to detail.
