We are excited to offer a Remote Intern Team E-Commerce Platform and Privacy Management position at Mercedes-Benz Group. You will be part of an international team dedicated to enhancing customer experience and loyalty through innovative e-commerce solutions.

What You'll Do

• Assist and support international project teams within the E-Commerce & Privacy Management Team located in Germany, Portugal, and India.
• Support Product Managers with the rollout of the Privacy Center to new markets, focusing on communication and translation management.
• Engage in project management tasks, including planning and organizing meetings and workshops.
• Test the functionality of the Privacy Center, e-commerce solutions, and AI search across various markets.
• Collaborate with departments such as Financial Services, After-Sales, IT, Marketing, and Legal.
• Manage project-related communication platforms like Jira and Confluence.
• Conduct research on Consent Management and e-commerce trends, focusing on legal and compliant implementations across different markets.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, IT, IT and Business Management, UX Design, Economics, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of English and German, both written and spoken.
• Ideally, previous relevant experience in project management, communication, and IT.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• A flexible, communicative, and proactive individual with intercultural competencies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce platforms and privacy management tools.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
• Interest in automotive industry trends and customer experience optimization.
