About the Role

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our team at InstantServe LLC. This Instructional Designer remote position involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality learning materials that will significantly impact the healthcare industry. You will create engaging eLearning modules, facilitator guides, and other educational resources that simplify complex information for our users.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop eLearning modules and training materials using Adobe Captivate and Learning Management Systems.
  • Create facilitator and learner guides, job aids, and microlearning content to enhance the learning experience.
  • Translate complex federal and state election laws into accessible training resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and clarity.
  • Support both in-person and virtual training delivery sessions, evaluating effectiveness and recommending improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project workflows.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Smartsheets for project management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of statewide election training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience developing structured knowledge bases, preferably using Zendesk.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual design skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex regulatory information into clear instructional content.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting both virtual and in-person training environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in government or compliance-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with election administration processes or civic systems.
  • Knowledge of Agile or structured content development methodologies.
