We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Hoffmann Germany. This remote position allows you to shape influencer marketing campaigns from strategy to success measurement. What You'll Do

• Plan, manage, and evaluate our influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
• Build, maintain, and enhance partnerships with creators and marketing influencers.
• Select and assess suitable content creators based on relevant metrics.
• Coordinate briefings, product shipments, and content approvals.
• Negotiate terms and assist with contracts and invoicing.
• Analyze, report, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of influencer marketing and social media management.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Successfully completed training or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in marketing, influencer collaborations, product management, or strategic purchasing.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Independent, structured, and meticulous work style with strong teamwork skills.
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for social media and creator marketing.
