What You'll Do

• Design personalized itineraries that include flights, accommodations, activities, and additional services.
• Coordinate bookings and confirmations with service providers to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel tips.
• Manage travel logistics, including ground transportation and any special client requests.
• Stay updated on trends and news in the travel industry.
• Offer remote assistance during the trip to resolve issues and address inquiries.

Requirements

• Previous experience in travel organization or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage projects.
• Knowledge of online booking platforms and travel planning tools.
• Passion for travel and creating unique experiences.
• Connections with industry suppliers is a plus.
