Model Maker - Creative Role at LEGOLAND® Windsor

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Model Maker to join our creative team at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. This Model Maker remote position offers you the chance to design and construct iconic LEGO models that will delight our guests. As a Model Maker, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining LEGO models throughout the resort, ensuring they are always in top condition for our visitors.

What You'll Do

• Design and build LEGO models for Miniland and other areas of the resort.
• Repair and service existing models, ensuring they are clean and well-maintained.
• Document any model damage and report required repairs to maintain high standards.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE and risk assessments.
• Work collaboratively with the Models & Theming Creative Team to create engaging experiences for guests.

Requirements

• 3D qualification in Product Design, Model Making, or a similar discipline.
• Proven experience in using various materials for model making.
• Familiarity with 2D and 3D modeling software.
• Experience with hand tools and safe working practices.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.

Nice to Have

• Full UK driver's license (desirable but not essential).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
• A passion for LEGO and creativity in model design.
