HR Specialist - Remote Opportunities in KSA

About the Role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and driven HR Specialist to join our growing consulting firm in KSA. This HR Specialist remote role is ideal for someone who is not only experienced in HR operations and government processes but also eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance, and building efficient processes that scale with the business.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, transfers, offboarding).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
• Oversee HR administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handle all activities on key government platforms (Qiwa, Absher, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, etc.).
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external authorities and manage official documentation.
• Process employment visas, work permits, Iqama issuance and renewals.
• Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of data, deductions, and benefits.
• Assist in generating HR reports and analytics.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in KSA.
• Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government platforms.
• Hands-on experience in visa processing and Iqama management.
• Experience in HRIS, payroll, and HR administration.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• A focused, proactive mindset with the ability to handle pressure.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
