HR Operations Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in executing Compensation & Benefits and HR operations, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives and enhancing operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage all employee benefit programs, including flexible benefits, employee purchase programs, and insurance.
- Partner with Kering Shared Service to optimize benefits documentation and processes.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and training as needed.
- Handle administrative processes related to visa applications, relocation support, and retirement pension claims.
- Manage C&B operational processes, including payroll closing and benefit allocation.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports related to employee benefits and compliance.
- Ensure effective management of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and promote digitalization of HR practices.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication regarding benefits and HR programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, or employee services.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday), Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Korean and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with payroll systems and compliance reporting.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and event planning.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR regulations in South Korea.
