HR Operations Junior Team Lead - Remote

About the Role

Join ABB as an HR Operations Junior Team Lead in a remote capacity, where you will be empowered to lead and make a significant impact on our HR processes. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our candidates and employees alike.

What You'll Do

• Independently manage the complete offer letter process, ensuring timely and accurate communication with candidates.
• Handle new joiner queries via phone and email, providing exceptional support and guidance.
• Coordinate payroll processing, background verification (BGV), onboarding, and vendor interactions.
• Utilize Workday/SAP to execute HR CORE processes, ensuring accurate data management for Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Payroll.
• Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from hire to retire, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Monitor payroll data and maintain supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Play a key role in the ‘lock and unlock’ process of critical HR data.
• Deliver ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Shared Services within a global organization.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR software such as Workday or SAP.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
