As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring that we maintain our innovative edge as we scale. What You'll Do

  • Support hiring end-to-end and deliver a sharp candidate experience, ensuring that every potential team member feels valued.
  • Run onboarding and offboarding processes for our fully remote, global team, streamlining these operations to enhance efficiency.
  • Help execute performance and feedback cycles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.
  • Act as a go-to resource for team members' questions and day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support.
  • Improve People tools, processes, documentation, and internal communication as we scale, ensuring that our systems grow with us.

Requirements

  • Strong execution and ownership mindset, with a focus on getting the job done effectively.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and asynchronous work, thriving in a startup environment.
  • Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken), essential for our global team.
  • Located in EU or Middle East time zones, with availability to support work across additional time zones as required.
  • A genuine interest in people, culture, and building high-performance teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the DeFi or Web3 space, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
