HR Assistant Intern - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an HR Assistant Intern to join our dynamic team at Savencia. This remote opportunity allows you to gain valuable experience in human resources while contributing to our mission of creating high-quality food products. As an HR Assistant Intern, you will assist the HR Manager in various tasks, including training management and recruitment processes.

What You'll Do

• Support the management of ongoing training programs, including organization, tracking, and evaluation of mandatory training.
• Assist in the deployment of internal training and qualification programs.
• Participate in the implementation of new training initiatives, such as e-learning and professional qualifications.
• Help manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including liaising with schools and managing applications.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
