About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Janitorial Manager to oversee our cleaning operations remotely. In this role, you will manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities of workers engaged in maintaining cleanliness in various establishments. What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with customers by responding to requests, anticipating needs, and recommending additional services when appropriate.
- Assign tasks to workers and inspect completed work for conformance to standards.
- Issue supplies and equipment necessary for cleaning operations.
- Resolve workers' problems or refer matters to the corporate Human Resources Department.
- Record employees' hours worked on time cards or through e-Time.
- Submit requests for repair of cleaning equipment to the Divisional Vice President/Manager.
- Requisition cleaning supplies and equipment through the online purchasing system.
- Perform duties of workers supervised, including operating cleaning machines and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping or janitorial industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and operating cleaning equipment.
- Experience with inventory management and supply requisitioning.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in cleaning operations.
