• Design and implement the "Immunefi Sales Engine," creating hiring rubrics, pricing models, and sales playbooks.
• Act as the bridge between market insights and our product team, translating client feedback into actionable strategies.
• Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the sales team.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance prospecting and pipeline intelligence, streamlining sales processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling sales functions from the ground up, particularly in high-trust professional services.
• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and digital fluency in platforms like Telegram and Discord.
• Ability to maintain a schedule that allows for meaningful collaboration with US/EU teams.
• Experience with modern sales operations tools and CRM automation.
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
