We are seeking a Head of Product Management & User Experience - Remote to architect and manage the financial tools that empower everyday people to take control of their financial futures. In this pivotal role, you will oversee Product Management, UX Design, and Product Analytics, ensuring our personal loan marketplace and credit card portfolio are built on a foundation of user empathy and data integrity.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a multi-year product strategy that scales our lending products and credit card offerings, ensuring a seamless experience across all user touchpoints.
  • Lead the Product Analytics and Data Science teams to transform raw data into actionable insights, driving experimentation and optimizing unit economics.
  • Oversee the UX and Design organization to create intuitive and accessible products that resonate emotionally with users, reducing friction in their financial journeys.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure our products are innovative, user-friendly, and compliant with industry regulations.
  • Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle, using analytics to identify drop-off points and employing UX strategies to address them.
  • Optimize the balance between borrowers and investors by leveraging sophisticated data modeling to ensure liquidity and satisfaction.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership.
  • Ensure all design and data practices meet the rigorous regulatory standards of the FinTech industry, maintaining consumer trust.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years at a VP or Director level.
  • Proven success managing a combined organization of Product, Design, and Data/Analytics professionals.
  • Experience driving significant revenue growth through data-led product development.
  • Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, personal loans, and credit card portfolios, including compliance knowledge.
  • Advanced proficiency in product analytics frameworks and experience with modern data stacks.
  • Strong advocacy for UX best practices and design thinking.
  • Experience managing complex dual-sided ecosystems balancing user experience and financial risk.
  • Excellent communication skills to present product narratives to the Board of Directors.

Nice to Have

  • A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
