About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Insights - Remote to lead our analytics team and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. As the Head of Insights, you will play a crucial role in shaping our insights strategy, leveraging data to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the insights team in developing and executing comprehensive data analysis strategies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to extract actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business objectives and enhance customer understanding.
  • Oversee the implementation of data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within insights or analytics, with a focus on data-driven strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with blockchain intelligence and its applications in insights.
  • Experience in user-centered design and user research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Oracle 19C and SQL Server 2019.
