International Sales Manager - Medical Devices (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at i+Med. In this International Sales Manager remote position, you will be responsible for promoting and marketing our medical devices in the international market, focusing on trauma, ophthalmology, aesthetics, and dermatology. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and play a key role in achieving our sales objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the sales plan for assigned international geographic areas to ensure established objectives are met.
- Actively promote and sell the company's products, preparing offers in line with pricing policies and commercial conditions set by management.
- Manage opportunities and sales throughout the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to negotiating and closing contracts.
- Negotiate and review distribution agreements, creating strategic and tactical client plans.
- Build a network of mid-level and senior management contacts to establish lasting trust-based partnerships.
- Oversee post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction with purchased products, addressing any inquiries and enhancing customer development and sales volumes.
- Attend trade fairs and industry conferences to represent the company.
- Travel for business to conduct client prospecting, audits, and compliance checks, as well as to manage current client sales.
Requirements
- Degree in Health Sciences or Engineering is essential.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Key Account Manager, preferably in trauma, ophthalmology, aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetics (international experience is highly valued).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts.
- Proactive, autonomous, and responsible individual focused on driving customer satisfaction and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree or training in commerce, international trade, negotiations, etc.
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.
- Knowledge of the market and successful introduction experience in a new market sector or country.
- Proven sales success history, with achievements and compliance/exceeding sales objectives.
- Residence in the Vitoria-Gasteiz area or surroundings (remote work possibility).
