Head of Decision Intelligence - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Decision Intelligence to join our innovative team at Deepgram. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead and shape our decision intelligence strategies within the rapidly evolving Voice AI landscape. As the Head of Decision Intelligence, you will play a critical role in leveraging AI technologies to enhance our offerings and drive business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of decision intelligence frameworks that integrate AI and machine learning into our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven insights and decision-making.
• Oversee the design and execution of experiments to validate hypotheses and improve product performance.
• Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers in best practices for AI and machine learning.
• Engage with stakeholders to align decision intelligence initiatives with business goals and customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on decision intelligence.
• Proven track record of leading teams and projects in a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in voice technology.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis tools and frameworks, such as Python, R, or similar.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Voice AI industry or related fields.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI solutions and APIs.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
