Head of AI (Business Solutions) - Remote Leadership Role

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Head of AI (Business Solutions) to join our team remotely. In this strategic role, you will lead the transformation of our internal operations through innovative AI solutions. As the Head of AI, you will have the opportunity to implement agentic pipelines that automate repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency. This position is crucial for driving our internal enterprise transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead AI-driven transformation of internal processes across the company.
• Design and implement LLM-based agent pipelines, including multi-agent systems.
• Build and maintain RAG architectures to support various business functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into scalable cloud architectures.
• Define standards for AI orchestration, monitoring, and reliability; ensure security and compliance in every solution.
• Mentor team members in automation best practices, lead technical workshops, and conduct code reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and build an AI-champion community within Ideals.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Software Development/Engineering, with at least 2 years focused on implementing and scaling AI solutions.
• B2+ level of written and conversational English.
• Proven experience building LLM agent pipelines and multi-agent architectures.
• Deep practical experience with RAG and similar retrieval-augmented approaches.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or equivalents.
• Solid programming experience, preferably in Python; expertise in JS or C# is a plus.
• Practical experience designing and deploying architectures on GCP using Infrastructure-as-Code approaches.
• Strong project management skills with experience working directly with business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of MLOps / AI Ops concepts.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
