About the Role

What You'll Do

• Own and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Zapier.
• Design and implement automated workflows that enhance efficiency throughout the GTM lifecycle, from lead generation to renewal.
• Maintain CRM integrity and develop dashboards to analyze key metrics, providing insights that support forecasting and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow gaps and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Document workflows, integrations, and processes to ensure continuity and scalability.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Sales Ops with a strong technical background.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot is mandatory; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
• Proficient in automation tools like Make, n8n, and Zapier, as well as data enrichment tools like Clay and Apollo.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to document processes and collaborate effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-powered workflows and automation.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Metabase.
• Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript or Python.
