Growth Marketing Manager - Remote Position at Arival

About the Role

At Arival, we’re building the leading platform for the global in-destination experiences industry—bringing together events, insights, and community for tour, activity, and attraction businesses around the world. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to execute and optimize the performance of our marketing campaigns across key channels, working within a defined strategy and marketing framework. This Growth Marketing Manager remote role is a hands-on marketing position focused on execution, testing, and optimization, reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive growth.
• Manage paid media (social, retargeting, etc.) to enhance visibility.
• Apply segmentation and targeting strategies across campaigns for better engagement.
• Run A/B tests and continuously improve performance metrics.
• Support execution of lifecycle and email marketing programs to boost conversions.
• Improve email performance (engagement, CTR, conversion) through innovative strategies.
• Manage social campaigns and content distribution to maximize reach.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in growth or performance digital marketing.
• Proven experience with paid media, email marketing, and social media strategies.
• Hands-on approach to marketing execution and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and a curious mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly and figure things out independently.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows.
• Must be in a time-zone within 3 hours of EST.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content creation and campaign development using AI tools.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and tools.
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry.
