About the Role

We are seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in the AI SaaS industry. This Growth Marketing Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to shape marketing strategies that drive demand and conversion. You will work closely with decision-makers and turn complex topics into compelling campaigns that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Design ICP-focused landing pages: Build and refine conversion journeys tailored to specific buyer profiles.
• Own inbound funnels end to end: Define and steer inbound paths that convert interest into POCs, focusing on prioritization and impact.
• Drive structured experimentation: Define hypotheses, decide what to test, and evaluate results with stakeholders to continuously improve funnel performance.
• Translate insights into assets: Create content that resonates with decision-makers based on forecasting, planning, and procurement logic.
• Collaborate on go-to-market plays: Support industry-specific partner campaigns, enhancing our market presence.
• Shape narratives that sell: Craft and execute storylines like “Explainable Forecasts” or “POCs in weeks” into inbound formats.
• Guide funnel analytics and reporting: Monitor conversion metrics and turn insights into actionable next steps.
• Coordinate inbound lead flow: Work closely with commercial teammates to ensure marketing aligns with sales.

Requirements

• 1–4+ years in B2B inbound, demand generation, or growth marketing: Proven experience with funnels, campaigns, or conversion.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1 level): Ability to write, test, and iterate messaging for global audiences.
• Testing mindset: Systematic approach to learning from data through A/B experiments.
• Ability to simplify complex topics: Turn forecasting logic and market signals into clear messaging.
• Industry background is a plus: Experience in forecasting, supply chain, or industrial tech is advantageous.
