Great Region Manager - Western Europe

About the Role

We are looking for a Great Region Manager to join Stäubli, a leading global provider of industrial and mechatronic solutions. This is a unique opportunity to lead our operations in Western Europe, focusing on driving revenue growth and profitability while managing a talented team. As a Great Region Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing divisional strategies and ensuring the efficiency of our teams across the region.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the implementation of divisional strategies and lead the divisional teams in the Great Region.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with local budgetary goals.
• Contribute to the division’s business plan and budget design.
• Ensure sales team productivity, effectiveness, and quality improvement.
• Accountable for Business Units' P&L, sales reports, budget revisions, and compliance with commercial deals.
• Lead, coach, and develop Division Country Directors to meet commercial goals.
• Support hiring strategies, talent reviews, and succession planning for division leaders.
• Maintain customer proximity, attend key events, and track market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in management, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive sales experience in the industry or mechatronics.
• Proven experience managing sales teams effectively.
• Proficiency with operating systems (e.g., AS400, SAP) and CRM tools.
• Business-fluent in English.
• Availability for international business travel.
