Site Manager - Engineering & Maintenance Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Site Manager to join our team at Bilfinger UK, a leading engineering and maintenance provider. This Site Manager remote position will allow you to lead our site management team at GSK Irvine, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality are upheld.

What You'll Do

• Lead a positive safety culture on site, ensuring company and client safe systems of work are implemented and followed.
• Set clear and concise goals and objectives for the site team to meet contractual demands throughout the contract term.
• Plan and schedule resource demands, conducting regular reviews to maintain contractual resource requirements.
• Conduct contract performance reviews, gathering accurate data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Implement company governance and guidelines utilizing BMS.
• Manage stakeholder relationships on site to foster a collaborative environment for improved contract performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager leading multi-discipline trades.
• Understanding of various commercial arrangements and how to manage inputs and interfaces effectively.
• Experience in Access, Insulation, and Coatings supervision and trades.
• Experience leading E&I supervision and trades.
• Familiarity with NEC forms of contracts and relevant contract administration experience.
• Ability to develop and implement project reporting dashboards to demonstrate contract performance.

• Experience in the chemical & petrochemical, nuclear, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals & biopharma, power & energy, utilities, renewables, and food & beverage markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and empower team members.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing circumstances.
