Business Development Manager - Spanish Speaking (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Spanish Speaking (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Cision. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive high-value, net-new revenue across the Mediterranean mid-markets, focusing on selling the PR Newswire suite of products. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of communication and building authentic connections that matter.

What You'll Do

• Own and drive new business acquisition across the Mediterranean mid-markets, selling the PR Newswire suite of products.
• Proactively build pipeline through disciplined outbound activity, including cold calling, LinkedIn, and tools such as Cognism.
• Apply MEDDICC rigorously to qualify opportunities and ensure clarity around decision criteria, metrics, and buying process.
• Position PR Newswire’s value proposition against clearly defined business outcomes and success metrics.
• Lead complex, consultative sales engagements with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Deliver high-impact online and in-person product demonstrations tailored to customer objectives.
• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline with strong forecast accuracy.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and detailed CRM updates in Salesforce, aligned to MEDDICC standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Proven track record of exceeding new business targets in a B2B SaaS or platform-based sales environment.
• Strong experience in senior-level new business development and complex deal execution.
• Demonstrated working knowledge and practical application of MEDDICC methodology.
• Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
• Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience or strong domain knowledge within PR, communications, marketing, or media.

• In-depth understanding of the Spanish Mediterranean business landscape.
• Experience selling consultative, high-value solutions to mid-market or enterprise organizations.
• Willingness to travel within the market on a quarterly basis.
