Intern Quality Laboratory Technician - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Intern Quality Laboratory Technician to join our team remotely. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a quality laboratory environment within the food industry. You will work closely with our Quality Laboratory Coordinator and contribute to daily activities that ensure our products meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do

• Conduct sampling of raw materials and finished products.
• Perform physicochemical analyses according to established protocols.
• Carry out hygiene monitoring through personnel sampling.
• Implement visual management tools to facilitate team operations.
• Assist the Quality Laboratory Coordinator with various operational and cross-functional tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +1 to Bac +2 degree in quality, biochemistry, analysis, food science, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented, autonomous, and possess strong observational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and strictly adhere to hygiene and safety protocols.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems.
