Product Owner - Health Tech Solutions

What You'll Do

• Lead your agile development team with enthusiasm, following the principles of Agile Product Ownership.
• Create a productive, motivating, and inspiring work environment where creative ideas can flourish.
• Manage ticket and backlog efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate closely with the product manager and business analyst to prepare inspiring functional requirements and innovative concepts based on user-centered design principles.
• Prioritize features to ensure the most valuable ones are implemented first.
• Develop clear and engaging user stories that serve as a solid foundation for our development projects.
• Transform complex requirements into simple, understandable solutions that drive the team forward.
• Work creatively with talented developers and software architects to create innovative concepts and forward-thinking solutions.

Requirements

• Several years of outstanding experience as a Product Owner, ideally in Health Data, digital health solutions, or Health IT, with proven experience in developing user-centered products.
• A completed degree, preferably from a reputable university in fields such as Business Informatics, Health Management, Business Administration, or a related area.
• Extensive knowledge in data management, data protection, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience with agile methodologies and strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for creative problem-solving, combined with strong analytical skills and curiosity across various topics.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare industry or related fields.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in healthcare.
