Graphic Designer - Lifecycle Marketing (Remote)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer - Lifecycle Marketing to join our dynamic team. This Graphic Designer remote position offers the opportunity to work fully remotely while collaborating with a team focused on high-impact retention strategies for fast-growing brands.

What You’ll Do

• Design high-impact email campaigns and lifecycle flows focused on engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with creative and retention teams to execute strategic campaign concepts.
• Develop visual elements including GIFs and animations to enhance user engagement.
• Apply email design best practices and usability principles.
• Present design concepts clearly and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of design experience, ideally with DTC brands or agencies.
• Experience designing email campaigns with a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and modern design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing for design optimization.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
