Graphic Designer - Creative Event Production

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer remote to join our creative team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting event projects, allowing you to showcase your skills in a flexible remote environment.

What You'll Do

• Create event assets such as posters, menus, social media graphics, vinyls, and digital materials tailored to event themes.
• Develop and present design concepts based on project briefs and team input.
• Regularly update and modify existing assets to meet evolving requirements.
• Organize and maintain design files for seamless access and production readiness.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and external clients, incorporating feedback into final designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas to each project.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with Procreate is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in event production or marketing.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative design concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
