Global Trade Marketing Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and proactive Global Trade Marketing Coordinator (remote) to join our team at Orkla, a leader in consumer products within the Wound Care category. This role offers the unique opportunity to work in an international environment, collaborating with customers and partners across multiple European countries.

What You'll Do

• Adapt, coordinate, and implement customer marketing and trade marketing materials according to established strategies.
• Provide professional service and support to our customers and internally to our sales organization.
• Coordinate language adaptations and proofreading of catalogs, creating tailored customer catalogs and banners.
• Actively monitor and ensure that all product information, communication, and support materials are accurate and aligned with local needs.
• Plan, participate in, and evaluate trade fairs in the Nordic region.
• Create and execute customer communications, such as newsletters.
• Update Cederroth's global website with customer materials (downloads) and make minor adjustments.

Requirements

• A relevant education focusing on communication and/or trade marketing.
• Experience in sales and supporting functions within trade marketing is essential.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a must; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, initiative, and responsibility.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the HealthTech industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with website content management systems.
