Global Finance Business Process Owner - Remote

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Global Finance Business Process Owner to join Electrolux Professional Group in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal as we embark on a Business & Finance Transformation program aimed at standardizing and digitalizing finance processes across our organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of finance within the Group, ensuring that our operations are efficient and aligned with our strategic goals.

What You'll Do

• Own and design financial processes and systems across the business value chain, including governance of the Chart of Accounts.
• Identify improvement areas and lead finance transformation initiatives to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
• Ensure compliance of financial processes with relevant regulations, internal policies, and control frameworks.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders globally for seamless integration of financial processes.
• Act as a bridge between Business and IT, overseeing the integration of financial software and ERP systems.
• Support change management by providing training and guidance to finance teams on new processes and systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a collaborative and people-oriented approach.
• Experience in a complex, global environment and a consultative role.
• Hands-on experience with finance digitalization initiatives and understanding of manufacturing accounting.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP solutions, with experience in Oracle JD Edwards being an advantage.
• Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.

• Experience governing Chart of Accounts.
• Understanding of both technical and organizational implications of transformation.
• Ability to delegate effectively and align cross-functional stakeholders around shared goals.
