Global Development IT Director - Product Management (Relocation Support)

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Development IT Director, Product Management to join our team at Regeneron. This role is pivotal in overseeing and guiding our team in delivering, maintaining, and enhancing all technology products within the defined business domain. As a Global Development IT Director remote, you will partner with key business stakeholders to intake, design, implement, and enhance technology products, ensuring alignment with product model processes and standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coach Product Leads and Product Analysts within the GDIT Delivery & Operations team, ensuring delivery on commitments and collaboration across members.
• Oversee operational support for products and domain, providing leadership and guidance to individual product owners.
• Manage product backlog and incidents, providing insights into enhancements and trends over time.
• Collaborate with Business Process Owners and BSPs to implement new/enhanced technologies.
• Intake, assess, prioritize, and validate domain-specific needs in partnership with BSPs.
• Identify resourcing needs and oversee internal and vendor delivery.
• Work collaboratively with GDS functions, Corporate IT, and other relevant functions to manage enterprise systems.

Requirements

• BS/BA Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or MS Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of Development Operations & Portfolio Management business processes.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and direct teams to deliver value-oriented solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to influence key partners and stakeholders.
• Experience managing technology teams and driving business value in Clinical Operations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with technologies like Veeva Clinical Vault, CluePoints, and Planisware.
• Experience growing and motivating a team, coaching members through career milestones.
• Exposure to delivering presentations and engaging with senior leadership.
