Global Chief Marketing Officer - AI Startup

About the Role

We are seeking a Global Chief Marketing Officer to join our innovative team at H Company, a pioneering AI startup. As the Global Chief Marketing Officer remote, you will define and execute our global marketing strategy, overseeing the full marketing function and revenue outcomes as the company scales across the US and international enterprise markets.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute a B2B go-to-market strategy targeting Fortune 500 and large enterprises.
• Align marketing efforts with complex, consultative sales cycles to ensure effective market penetration.
• Develop verticalized messaging tailored to specific sectors such as operations, finance, IT, and customer support.
• Support a forward-deployed engineering model with industry-specific narratives.
• Lead North America market entry and scale strategy, building a strong presence in the Silicon Valley ecosystem.
• Localize messaging for US enterprise buyers to enhance engagement and conversion.
• Build a globally recognized, premium AI brand that resonates with target audiences.
• Own and drive H Company’s global PR and communications strategy across US and international markets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience creating and executing marketing strategies in tech B2B startups and/or scale-ups.
• Strong understanding of complex IT solutions and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, particularly to key markets.
