Generative AI & Machine Learning Engineer - Hybrid

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Generative AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Irium. This remote position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home with occasional visits to our Madrid office. As a Generative AI & Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the design and development of AI applications and services that integrate language models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities in cloud environments.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with a team to develop robust AI solutions, including RAG and process automation.
• Utilize modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, testing, and observability to ensure high-quality production deployments.
• Integrate generative AI services and LLMs into existing systems.
• Design and implement architectures for LLM models.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI development processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Extensive experience with Python programming.
• Practical knowledge of RAG and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with LLM architectures and models.
• Good command of English is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of cloud services and deployment.
