General Manager Surgical - Spain (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a General Manager Surgical - Spain to lead our operations remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our surgical business in Spain, ensuring that we meet our revenue and margin targets while enhancing customer relationships.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business strategies aligned with Enovis Group's corporate goals and market conditions in Spain.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and optimize operational efficiency.
• Manage budgeting and financial forecasting processes to achieve financial objectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for senior management.
• Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles within medical devices or healthcare.
• Proven track record as Country Manager / General Manager or equivalent role with P&L accountability.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare market, including public tenders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Spanish and English.

• Experience in digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Strong analytical skills for market data analysis.
