About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Key Account Manager - Remote for Italy to join Cambium Networks, a leader in wireless communications. In this role, you will manage key accounts in Italy, ensuring our innovative solutions meet customer needs while driving growth. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining relationships with major clients and expanding our market presence.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow key accounts in Italy, focusing on relationship management and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they utilize Cambium solutions effectively.
  • Drive year-over-year growth by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
  • Represent Cambium at conferences and events to promote our Wireless Fabric Portfolio.
  • Define and implement cross-selling strategies to enhance our product offerings to existing clients.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience as a key account manager, preferably in the broadband wireless industry.
  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales and value selling approaches.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and oral; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Experience managing Service Provider and WISP accounts with a solid understanding of market dynamics.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, balancing direct and indirect sales responsibilities.

Nice to Have

  • Previous exposure to Military or Defense markets.
  • Experience engaging with strategic System Integrators and developing joint go-to-market initiatives.
