Game Director - Casino Game Portfolio (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Game Director to join our team remotely and lead our casino game portfolio. As a Game Director, you will define the creative vision and production strategy for our gaming titles, ensuring they engage players and achieve commercial success.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the creative vision and design direction for the casino game portfolio.
• Oversee the game design team to ensure high-quality mechanics and gameplay experiences.
• Analyze player behavior and market trends to inform game strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Art Directors, Producers, and Developers.
• Oversee the full game development lifecycle from concept to release.
• Lead, mentor, and develop game designers and creative teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in game design or direction within the gaming industry.
• Proven experience leading successful casino or slot games.
• Strong leadership and creative direction skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with international gaming studios is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of slot math models and RTP balancing.
• Experience launching games in multiple regulated markets.
• Experience with distributed or global development teams.
