About the Role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director, Anduril Platform to lead our go-to-market strategy and ensure the successful launch and adoption of our innovative Anduril platform. This Senior Director, Anduril Platform remote position is not just a traditional marketing role; it is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership position that integrates product management, engineering, growth, marketing, and customer success.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy that aligns product capabilities with customer needs and competitive positioning.
• Own the launch plan and GTM roadmap, translating high-level company goals into actionable plans with concrete milestones.
• Drive product readiness by establishing a clear definition of “ready” across all teams, ensuring products are validated in real operational environments.
• Act as the single source of truth for launch readiness, aligning all teams around a unified plan.
• Lead GTM and growth execution by partnering with various teams to craft a compelling GTM strategy that bridges engineering and customer-facing messaging.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, program management, or a related strategy role.
• Proven experience leading large-scale product launches within the public sector or defense market.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies for complex technology platforms.
