About the Role

We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Leaning) to join our innovative AI performance monitoring team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in building and owning a real-time web platform that enhances performance monitoring for brands. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a real-time web platform for performance monitoring.
• Develop intuitive dashboards, audit logs, and control panels that facilitate user interaction.
• Create deep Slack integrations for alerts, approvals, and workflows to streamline communication.
• Enable natural language analytics powered by large language models (LLMs) to enhance user experience.
• Design user interfaces that clearly explain AI decisions and insights.
• Help transition the product to a fully self-serve platform, empowering users to leverage the technology effectively.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building full-stack applications.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and either Python or Node.js.
• Product-minded with a focus on user experience (UX) and clarity.
• Able to simplify and present complex data effectively.
• Proactive with a high-ownership mindset.
• Experience with LLM integrations is a bonus.
• Startup or 0→1 product experience is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI and performance monitoring.
• Familiarity with Slack integrations.
