Front Office Agent - Luxury Hospitality Experience
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent to join our team at SIRO Boka Place, a luxury destination in Tivat, Montenegro. This Front Office Agent role is pivotal in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth daily operations at our hotel. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for managing front desk activities, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where wellness and hospitality converge.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations of the Front Desk Department, ensuring efficient guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide immediate assistance to guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Utilize the Siro App for online check-ins and manage guest preferences to enhance personalized service.
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and maintain the coffee station to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Record guest issues in the tracking system and follow up on resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks and manage online chat correspondence with guests.
- Participate in discussions to improve service quality and contribute to the Front Desk department's success.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in a luxury or boutique hotel environment, specifically in the Front Office department.
- Proficient in hospitality guest services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera.
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills to effectively address guest needs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with hotel management software and guest response tracking systems.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and revenue management.
- Ability to perform night audits and manage cash handling procedures.
