French Customer Support Specialist - Remote Project

About the Role

We are seeking independent French Customer Support Specialists to join our team for a remote project. As a French Customer Support Specialist remote, you will provide dedicated support services for our client base, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat platforms autonomously.
• De-escalate complex issues using expert communication skills to provide policy-aligned solutions.
• Achieve service metrics for First Contact Resolution (FCR) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
• Document interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the designated CRM or ticketing system.
• Work independently to execute customer service workflows while adhering to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in call centers or direct customer service roles.
• Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-tension scenarios.
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in omnichannel customer support.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Familiarity with performance metrics like FCR and CSAT.
