Freelance Visual & Motion Designer - Remote

About the Role

We’re looking for a Freelance Visual & Motion Designer to join Hubtype, a tech company that helps enterprises deploy and scale AI Agents across messaging channels like WhatsApp. This Freelance Visual & Motion Designer role offers the opportunity to work remotely while supporting the Marketing team in creating engaging product demo videos and sales visuals.

What You'll Do

• Produce high-quality video content, including editing and animation for product walkthroughs.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere and After Effects for video production to create compelling motion graphics.
• Design sales pitch decks using Figma and Google Slides, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the in-house Visual Designer to enhance visual storytelling.
• Adapt layouts and designs for enterprise audiences, focusing on clarity and engagement.
• Manage approximately 20 hours of freelance work per week, balancing motion/video work (70%) with static design (30%).
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion design.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Google Slides.
• Ability to create engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences.
• Strong design skills for creating effective sales presentations and collateral.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team.
• Experience in creating sales collateral and understanding of brand guidelines.
